1. Data controller

2. What data we process
Via the enquiry form and the chat assistant we process the data you provide to us: full name, company name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your enquiry (positions, number of workers, timing, notes).
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Handling your enquiry and pre-contractual negotiations — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract).
- Subsequent business communication — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (the controller's legitimate interest in developing B2B business relations).
4. Recipients of data
To handle your enquiry, data may be shared with group partner companies: Orienta Czech s.r.o. (ID 05224454, Prague) and Prime Search Manpower Agency Inc. (Makati City, Philippines). The technical processor is the hosting provider Netlify, Inc. (USA), which processes submitted forms; transfers to third countries are safeguarded by EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not share data with any other third parties, nor do we use it for automated decision-making.
5. Retention period
We retain data for the duration of negotiations and thereafter for no longer than 3 years from the last communication, unless another legal ground for longer retention arises (e.g. a concluded contract).
6. Cookies
This website does not use marketing or analytics cookies requiring consent. Any traffic measurement is performed anonymously at server level without storing identifiers on your device.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict processing, data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Requests are handled at tomas.surka@surkagroup.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
